Am I eligible for counseling?
I have a compartment in maths and obtained 124 marks in JEE main 2015.

You are not eligible for counseling but you can enroll yourself in a lower degree in a college and then when you clear your compartment you will be promoted to a higher degree. Check this from some good college sites like SRM, LPU, RV etc -
