Am I eligible for counselling in JoSAA? I have got 35 marks in JEE Mains 2017 under OBC category.

Hi Dear,
You are not eligible for JoSAA -Joint Seat Allotment Authority counselling as you haven't cleared the cutooffs as specified. So either you can try next year or try for private colleges in your state.
