Am I eligible for credit transfer in the universities in India or abroad?
I have completed my B.Tech in 2015 with few back papers.

In india, generally it's not possible so you need to check with the university where you wish to apply. Abroad too, you have to write to the university with your marksheet and they check how many subjects or exams are relevant with their own structure to waive off the credits. With the backlog, it w
