You can get NIT, but it is not top NIT you will get and for CSE, it will be bit difficult for you to get.

Yes, you will definitely get admission in NIT with 120 score in JEE Mains Your OBC quota will help you to get into NIT But, I am not sure of CSE with just 120 marks.
