I have completed BA from IGNOU and B.Ed from BHU.

No, for primary level teaching you must have a D.Ed. however you are eligible to apply for elementary level i.e. class VI to X Following is eligibility criteria for same Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known). OR Graduation
