Yes a Diploma student can't give JEE Mains exam but you can get admission in DTU as it has lateral entry program for admission in B.Tech. You can fill their application form from the official website www.dtu.ac.in. The duration of degree programme is 3 years as you will be admitted directly in the second year of the regular B.Tech program -
There are two ways for Indian students to take admission in DTU. First is via JEE Mains and second via LEET exam.
If you have cleared your 12th board with 75% in PCM and cleared JEE Mmains then only you are eligible for admission in DTU or if you have 3 years Diploma then you can appear for LEET exam and on clearing that exam you will get admission in B.Tech through lateral entry program.
