Am I eligible for DTU? I passed my class 12 this year with 80% and an aggregate of 85% in PCM but didn't give my 6th (optional) sub's exam.

Yes You are eligible. As DTU eligibility Says :-
60% marks in 10+2 in 10+2 marks in aggregate of Physics Chemistry and Mathematics along with English as one of the main subjects from a recognised board. Also the admission are done through entrance examination also known as Joint Entrance Examination {JEE}
and on the scores basis you can do your admission in the same. Well hope You get your answer.
