Am I eligible for engineering? Will I be able to get into a college through donation? I have got 60% in 12th but I have scored 48% in PCM.

No, generally, engineering college need 50% marks in PCM if you have then you are eligible for the college this is a merit wise admission.
if you wants to take admission on management quota then please contact to your target college for proper information.

I score 12th class 54.80% in PCM. Now I'm final year students, I hope, I will completing electrical engineering above 60 %. Can I eligible for merchant navy.
