Am I eligible for ETO course?

Asked about Tolani Maritime Institute- TMI - Certificate in Electro-Technical Officers Course

I completed SSLC with 369 out of 500 and discontinued in +2 and joined in D.EEE and scored 68% marks. Then I joined BE EEE and completed this year. But, I have some backlogs.

    Eligibility for ETO course:
    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
    The candidate must have passed 12th Board examination (Science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects), from a Recognized Board. Minimum marks criteria is around 50% marks in P,C and M Subjects. Apart from this schooling requirement, candidate must also possess Diploma (3 years long course) or Bachelors Degree (4 years long B.E./B.Tech. program) in any of the following Discipline- Electrical Engineering/Electronics Engineering/Electrical and Electronics Engineering/Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering/Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering or other such
