Am I eligible for fashion designing through distance mode? If yes, can you suggest the best colleges for the same?

I'm working as a craft teacher (govt.) in Telangana. I got my job on Diploma certificate and for promotion, I want to finish my degree in fashion designing but I couldn't find this course through distance mode.
