Am I eligible for final year admission to any other university? I did my 1st and 2nd year from PU, Chandigarh but failed in final year.

You can do extra Diploma or other course but can't change your university as you need migration for that and PU will not give provide the same as you did not clear the exam.

Hi,
You can't change your stream in the third year and there is nothing like a graduation of one year. Study and try to clear your remaining papers of the third year.
