  • Dear Swapnil,
FMS does not provide weightage to academic scores or work experience. The cut-off percentile for Admission 2015 stood at 98.54 percentile for General Category.

You need 98+% to stand a chance for FMS. Better luck next time. Or else, you can try for IIM's or any other Tier 1 colleges. Good luck.

The admission in FMS will be on the basis of merit list (which is made on the basis of CAT scores), so if your luck is good, then you will get admission. Also, there is only 101 seats available in FMS for general category. So, it is very difficult to get admission in 95 percentile.

    Hello swapnil,
Yes you are eligible for FMS. The cutoff for admission to MBA programme 2016 is composite score of 59.430 for general category candidates. Also, for your knowledge, FMS doesn't give weightage to your past academic scores.
