Am I eligible for giving NET exam with 54.83% marks in my post graduation?

Those students who completed the Masters or Post graduation in a particular subject, there are some eligibility criteria. You need 55% marks in the post-graduation to appear in the National Eligibility test. Whereas, the candidates from the reserved category needs 50% marks. There is no age limit to

The UGC NET Exam is conducted for the candidates completed the Masters or Post graduation in a particular subject. Well, to make career in the Lectureship and Research programme, there are some eligibility criteria. You need 55% marks in the post-graduation to appear in the National Eligibility test

Hi Kiran, Eligibility for the NET exam is 55% in post graduation and I think your marks do not fulfil the eligibility criteria but the marks are near to the cut-off so you can improve your marks by giving improvement exam and then you may apply for the NET exam. Good luck.
