Am I eligible for government jobs like CHSL held by Staff Selection Commission (SSC) or to enrol in government colleges?

I have completed 12th from private board i.e. The Central Board of Higher Education, UTTAM NAGAR, New Delhi. Actually, this board is listed in non-recognised board of NIOS (National institute of Open Schooling).

Candidates who want to appear in SSC CHSL exam must be in the age of 18 -27 years.
So, if you are born in between - 2nd August 1988 to 1 August 1997 then you are eligible for SSC CHSL exam.
