Hi, Yes, absolutely you can apply in Hindi linguistic minority, for that, you will need an affidavit and you can also confirm from college by calling them, they will provide you with all the information you need. Thanks.

If you were born in Mumbai, then you will be eligible for Hindi linguistic minority but you have to submit domicile certificate of Maharashtra at the time of admission with performa O to verify.

Hello Ashish, Minority colleges or institutions are on a different footing. Hence 50% seats are reserved for students from that community. If you feel Thakur college falls under this, then you better go there and enquire.
