Am I eligible for IAS exams?

I have done 10th+3year Govt. Diploma+5.5Years private company experience+(ME+MBA Via Distance steam). How and where can I appear for IAS exams? What is the eligibility criteria?

Dear Arun, It seems like you have completed your ME & MBA without Graduation, just on the basis of 3 year diploma. So your ME & MBA are not valid. For IAS exam one needs graduate degree to apply. So you are not eligible with whatever qualification you have. Go for graduation and then apply for IA
