Am I eligible for IELTS exam?
I got 62% in class 12th from PSEB stream with additional biology. Maths- 39 marks, Physics- 52 marks, Chem- 63 and bio- 51.

Yes you are. IELTS is a test, there is no question of eligibility here. However the scores are valid for 2 years only so if your scores expire by the time you are applying to a foreign university you have to attempt the test again.
