Your 12th score might prove as a deterrent for your IIM A/S call. But dont loose your hopes and give your best in CAT. There are very good colleges which do not consider past acads!

Yes you are eligible for IIMs, as IIMs look for diversity in the batch. They also five weightage to other aspects like GD, Personal Interview, work experience if any. So, try to score at least 98 percentile to make a chance into IIMs.
