Am I eligible for IIM-B? My profile: 10th-77%, 12th-68% and graduation-68%. If I'm eligible what should be my CAT score?

Go ahead, but only one problem may occur, which is your class 12th score, which is comparatively less than others. Best of luck.

IIM-B is among the top MBA institutes. To get into the rigth specialisation you should try to score 99 percentile.

Although, you really can't predict what would be the cutoff, as it depends on that particular year's scores. But, going by past records, you need to score above 97% in CAT to qualify for IIM B. Yes, you are eligible. CAT score more than 95percentile is recommended to get a call for general categories. There are multiple other criteria for shortlisting along with CAT score.

In CAT, you need 99 percentile to get any IIM and FMS.
