Yes you are equally eligible. There is nothing like pre-cutoff for writing CAT. Once you get percentile score and depending upon your past achievements the call has to be made whose weightage differs for different IIMs.

if your 10 th percentage is over 50% ,then your academic result is ok , now you need to appear for CAT exam ,if you score brilliant in exam ,you definitely get call from IIM U
