Am I eligible for IIT JAM? I had physics, chemistry, biology and maths in class 12th. I have done Bachelors in chemistry honors.

    Please check for the eligibility criteria mentioned below:
    IIT JAM 2018 Eligibility:
    In order to fulfill IIT JAM 2018 eligibility criteria, candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least 55% aggregate marks (50% for SC/ ST/ PwD category candidates). It may be noted that the aggregate marks should be without rounding off and take into account all subjects, including languages and subsidiaries, all years combined, informs the official website.
    Candidates who have appeared or will appear for their graduation exams in 2018 are also eligible to apply.

    Hello,
    If you want to pursue M.Sc from IITs/IISc through IIT JAM then you must have 55% aggregate marks at B.Sc. Level. If you satisfied the complete criteria then you can apply for JAM.     Hello,
    To appear in IIT JAM Exam, candidates must have minimum of 55% marks for General and OBC and 50% marks for SC, ST categories in their Bachelor's degree.

As per the notification of IIT JAM 2020, the online applications are scheduled from 4th september 2019 to 9th October 2019 and IIT JAM exam 2020 will be held on 9th February 2020. Application fee will be accepted by 9th October 2019. Thereafter, candidates will be able to make the corrections in IIT JAM online application in November. Coming to the next step: IIT JAM Admit card will be out from 7th January 2020. On 20th March 2020, IIT JAM result 2020 will be declared. So, aspirants, save all the dates as you cannot afford to miss any of them.
