I did B.Com in computer & then went through appendix operation. Also, I've scars on my upper lips. What is the process and eligibility if I am eligible?

Minimum Eligibility to Apply
Graduation: 50%
Entrance exam: IMUCET--
Other eligibility criteria
Candidate must have completed bachelors degree in any discipline with aggregate marks from recognized universities and a minimum of 50% marks in English subject in 10th/ 12th/ UG degree.
Also, physical appearance is not a criteria to get admission in any college. So don't bother yourself.
