Am I eligible for JEE Advanced? I got 61% in board exams and I've applied for reevaluation process.

I am from SC category and scored 90 percentile in JEE Mains with 117486 rank.

You are eligible for JEE advance as you have passed the JEE Mains exam. But it is of no benefit as board cutoff required is 65% (Aggregate ). So, better to not apply for JEE advance as you will not be given seats after giving exam also.
