Am I eligible for JEE Mains or should I prepare for the colleges like DTU, NSIT or DC? I got 69.2% marks in 12th board exams.

You need to score at least 75% in boards, or must be in top 20 percentile of your respective board, then only you are eligible to take admission in NITs, DTU, NSIT or other state government colleges. -
See for admission in this college you need atleast 75% marks in your boards and 65% if you are from SC/ST category. -
You are eligible for JEE Mains but not for JEE Advanced as in Advance there is a requirement of 75%.
Well, you are qualified for DTU and NSIT. -
