Am I eligible for KCET counselling?

Not being an Indian citizen, but having met all the other criteria(such as studied 7 years in Bangalore), am I eligible to get a seat through KCET 2015.

    Hi Random,
    Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.
