    hi.

    Candidates must fulfil all KSET Eligibility 2023 requirements in order to take the upcoming KSET Exam. The candidates who are pursuing their Master's Degree or have completed their Ph.D. can register for the exam. The candidates appearing for the exam should be a resident of Karnataka State and must have studied up to Masters's level. The candidates belonging to other states are also eligible, however, they will be considered under General Category. KSET Eligibility Criteria is defined as the basic minimum requirements that every candidate must meet before taking the exam. Only those who meet all requirements will be considered

Yes, you can apply in KSET. But the only thing is that you can apply in general not in any kind of catagory because the catagory of obc sc st is reserved for the students of Kerala. So chose accordingly and wisely.
