    Yes, you can go for MA in Psychology after your B.Sc Chemistry as eligibility for MA (Psychology) in most of the top universities is pass with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelor's degree. (It may vary with the university you choose).

it is quiet difficult to get admission for M.Sc sports psychology for students from non-sports background but not impossible so a personal sports background can provide useful insight, it is not a mandatory prerequisite for admission.
