Eligibility for physics: The candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination by a recognised board and B.Sc physics with 50% or above marks in aggregate. The candidate must have passed B.Sc (General/Programme/B.Sc).

Yes, you are eligible for MSc in physics at IIT. Minimum score required for IITs is 50%.

Madam, I have completed my engineering after the completion of Diploma in mechanical engineering. That means 10+3 (Diploma)+3 (Engineering).

Yes, you are eligible for M.Sc in physics at IIT-B even after doing B.Tech in mechanical engineering. Basic eligibility is that you should have obtained 55% pass mark in graduation. Admission is based on the rank/ score/ marks obtained in IIT-JAM. Regards.
