12 backlogs indicate your academic performance is below average, therefore, chances to get admission in MS in German universities is very poor. With 12 backlogs, it will be difficult to get good recommendation letter from your professors. You may revisit your career strategy.

    Hello Venkatesh,
What you mean is you have passed but you had backlogs 12 times. Right? Normally Universities abroad look for very good academic performance. So at first glance it looks tough. But why not attempt? If you can explain reasons and your academics otherwise are good then perhaps they may ignore it.
