Am I eligible for MBA after pursuing diploma (3 years) in mechanical engineering after 12th science?

I have almost 7 years of experience in sales support.

Go for Diploma in management and work in a startup. After that, you can pursue executive MBA with work experience.

You need to complete UG. To pursue MBA you need to complete UG with a minimum of 50%.

You are not eligible for seeking admission in MBA as your educational qualifications is 10+3. Diploma in Engineering is not equivalent to graduation degree. You are advised to first do graduation degree in any decipline to first become eligible for seeking admission in MBA.

Sorry your understanding is wrong. Eligibilty criteria for diploma us 10 the class pass. If you have joined it after 12th it does not make it equivalent to a degree. your education is 10+3.
