Yes, you are eligible for MBA from IGNOU because the basic criteria is having 50% mark in graduation for general category and 45% for a reserved category with 3 years managerial supervisory professional experience or professional degree with 50% marks in:
Engineering/ medicine chartered accountant/ cost and works Accountancy/ a chartered secretary, and law.
