I have done BCA from Jamia Hamdard through distance mode and have secured 63% marks.

Yes, you are eligible for MBA from IGNOU because the basic criteria is having 50% mark in graduation for general category and 45% for a reserved category with 3 years managerial supervisory professional experience or professional degree with 50% marks in: Engineering/ medicine chartered accountant/
