Am i eligible for MBA or pg diploma(next year)? I'm in 2nd year BSc.(Industrial Science) from 'YCMOU'(distance) and 24 years old.

You should be in final year of your degree to be eligible so right now you are not eligible, next year you will be eligible

Yes. You are eligible for MBA or PG Diploma. However few MBA b-schools do not accept graduation form distance education. Just make sure your graduation percentage should be above 50% and you meet the basic criteria of eligibility for particular b-school you wish to apply for.
