Am I eligible for MBA programme in Australia or Canada? I have 2 years of work experience in IT industry.

If you have 60%+ in your Bachelor's, a good GMAT score then you should be eligible for Canada with your work experience. A few courses are available without GMAT as well in case you haven't planned for GMAT. For English proficiency, any of the international tests should be acceptable.
