Am I eligible for MBA?

Asked about Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University (BRAOU) - MBA(Hospital & Health Care Management)In collaboration with Apollo Hospitals Educational Research Foundation (AHERF) Hyderabad.

I've completed BRAOU BA 2019 with 46.2% & am an ex-serviceman (Army). My caste is BC-B 21, completed DEC in 1995.
