For TIMSR, only Hindi Minority Quota (people from northern India) is applicable with 60 seats.
Rest seats are open seats.

Hi Saurabh,
Minority is for the one's whose mother tongue is Hindi i.e; Hindi speaking minority and to be eligible for that you need to fill the DTE form prior with Hindi minority with supporting documents. So, if you have already filled it, then you are eligible and you get through with online process.

Dear Saurabh, you are eligible to apply under minority quota. You will have to apply through the CAP round under minority quota once it is opened by DTE.
