Am I eligible for MS in Canadian universities? I have scored 7.22 CGPA in my 2 academic years. I have 2 backlogs of 1st year.

Yes you are eligible. Maximum 4-5 backlogs are allowed for Canadian universities. Also, you should have cleared those backlogs while applying for Canadian University.
