Am I eligible for MS in mechanical or automobile engineering in Tu9 Germany? If not, can you suggest some public university?

I am pursuing B.Tech in manufacturing technology from CIPET LKO (Govt.), average till 3rd year was 78%. I scored 9.2 CGPA in 10th and 81.8% in 12th. Done training from Hal, DLW and learned CATIA and AutoCad from CTTC, Bhubaneswar.

    your percentage is very good and have high chances , kindly takes required exams and meet the other requirements by the university. Also, have a councelling with study abroad consultancy
