Am I eligible for NITs or IITs? My overall score in 12th is 88.39%, theory percentage is 86.56 and PCM score is 75.48%.

Yes, sure. The eligibility criteria is a minimum of 75% (overall) in class 12th with PCM as a mandatory subject. Make sure you work hard so that you could qualify with very high marks in your respective category, so you will able to get a good college via JEE mains in one attempt.

In my knowledge, the criteria is to score 75% in overall class 12th, and you must have PCM. That is the only criteria I know.
