I belongs to OBC category A as notified by Govt. of West Bengal.Am I eligible for OBC reservation in central Govt. Institute like, IIT, NIT, IISc etc.?I am a candidate of GATE 2013.I'm full of anxiety before start the application process as a OBC candidate.Please give me the proper information.
