Am I eligible for online MBA? I have a graduate degree in YCMOU.
I will complete 10+2 wd 50% and above marks and have also completed my graduation.

If your score is of graduation is complete 50% or above you can be MBA regular and also fulfill the university admission criteria CAT/MAT/GMAT/or university entrance exam, if you have got 40% or more only few open university can give you admission, you have very rare chances.

Then you have to clear competitive exams for MBA like CAT/CMAT/MAT/or university entrance exam, if you will get score as university required then you have to crack the their GD/PI (group discussion and personal interview).
