Am I eligible for Ph.D after PGDM in HR? If yes, what's the procedure to apply for the same? And which University/Institute should I prefer?
I have 2.5 years of experience in HR. My qualifications include PGDM (HR), Diploma in Labour Law and Labour Welfare and a Certification in SAP.

Dear Tejashree,
PGDM is a Diploma course, through which you are given a certificate by the institute or recognised university. So PGDM is a 2 years course, and basically you can surely go for Ph.D. But be careful that you are allowed to go for Ph.D. when you do your PGDM from an AICTE recognised c
