Am I eligible for pursuing Bachelor or Master Degree in hotel management? What is the eligibility criteria?
I am 26 year old (DOB-19/12/90) female, SC category, graduate in BA, year 2011, 42%. I live in Kolkata.

No, you can't apply in Bachelor's degree as maximum age limit for SC is 25 years and without completing UG course, you can not apply for Master's degree. You can go for a short term course in the stream of your choice.
