Am i eligible for regular M.Sc-IT or CS as i got pass class in B.Sc-IT final year with 58% aggregate ?

I got atkt in sem 5 and i cleared due to this I got pass class in the final result. Am i eligible for regular M.Sc-IT or CS course from Mumbai university?
