Am I eligible for RIE CEE? I have got 63.50% in 12th.

Yes, you are eligible for RIE CEE but your board percentage plays major role in Counselling. So, I would suggest you to improve your board's percentage, because even if you qualify Entrance exam, you need to score well in Boards also. If you are from CBSE, then just simply don't worry about improvement, because CBSE gives one chance to all students to improve their score through improvement exams. You should go through that and all the best. -
