Am I eligible for scholarship if I have gained 90 percentile in jee main and I had also got 86 % in cbse board exams

Y score in jee main is 90 percentile, and my percentage in class 12 is 86%, I only remain back because of my 68 marks in English. My family is in poor financial condition and struggling for my admission in college due to high fees.
