Am I eligible for second year admission of engineering if I failed 3 times in First year of B.E. Course ( I. T. ) in Pune University?

I took admission in 2015 but I failed in F.E. itself for 3 years , now I have got enough credits for second year admission (Pune Univ.) I failed first time because I wasn't totally into engg & didn't know how to deal with changing exam pattern..I failed 2nd&3rd time b'coz of personal & health issue

I am sorry but you first need to pass your 1st year then only you can get admission in second year unless you have done some Polytechnic then only you can get admission as a lateral student in second year. So my suggestion to you is don't worry if you thought you can do it now then just go for it's
