Last year cut off was around 96 percentile and for all India was 99.67 percentile(this for OMS Students), you might have chance. And all students who sit for placements were placed so it was 100%. -
Last year AIR for SIES was around 99.67, looks difficult with your scores. all students who sit for placements have got atleast one offer.
