The basic and compulsory education qualification required under SSC CGL Eligibility is holding a Bachelors Degree Graduation or any equivalent qualification from a recognised university. -
The qualifications are varies according to the posts like statistical investigator required Bachelor degree in statistic/Math. However, there are so many of post required the Bachelor's degree, so you are eligible for SSC CGL exam. Similarly for WBCS graduation is compulsory, so you are eligible here also.
