    Degree in any field doesn't matter, you just need a degree of graduation irrespective of stream/field. If you have graduation degree, you can give entrance exams for any post.

    Yes,
    You are fully eligible for the government exam which is conducted by SSC UPSC. There is only one condition is given in that- you have to complete your graduation. It doesn't matter from where and in which course you have done your graduation.
    So, no need to worry.
