Am I eligible for state level engineering entrances? I have scored 72% in PCM through NIOS board.

Yes, NIOS board students are eligible to sit for MAH-CET for engineering 2017 as per their eligibility:
The students should have 50% in class 12th from a recognised board. NIOS board is a recognized board for any further education, entrance exam and competitive exam too.
